Hello all
Its been a week now trying to report a network issue , but eveytime I try it says the service isn't working right now. Is this just on my account or is it for same for everyone and when will they fix this issue?

Hi @Manny07 I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with reporting a network issue.
Do you still get the same error when you're connected to a WIFI network? If you're having connection issues, that may be what's causing the error.
I'd recommend giving us a call or popping into one of our stores to report the issue, as we'll investigate the issue for you.

Either way data mobile or connected to home WiFi still get same error message.

Yes they all are effected.
