Can’t use 5g

Not been able to get 5g on iPhone 14 pro max, anyone know why or how I can get 5g

@Deadpool64   Are you in a 5G area ?  If you are is 5G enabled on the device?    Are you on contract? 5G isn’t available to PAYG customers. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Check that settings -> mobile data is set to either 5g on or 5g auto

You also need to be on a pay monthly contract to get 5g, not available to pay as you go

@Deadpool64 , how old is your SIM card? If you have had the same SIM card for several years, then maybe that is the reason and you may need a new SIM card. I had to do this when I got the IPhone 12 Pro Max, as the SIM card was not able to show 5G.
