Call does not shoes on screen

If someone calls me most of time my mobile is not showing on screen its only ringing and when I use to watch a video it makes a problem in video it takes 0ne or 2 seconds back and play in middle?

Are you using Apple or Android? This will be a device issue rather than a network one
