Better coverage in Cannock

does anyone know when ws12 area will receive better phone coverage I have a iPhone 14 cannot get service indoors without wifi and intermittent outdoors

You can also register, report it and get updates, this is for outdoor coverage, unfortunately, indoors is something EE can do nothing about, as it depends on buildings, surrounding area, and mast coverage, this is why phones now have wifi and wifi calling where poor reception is, so that people can still use their phones.

Is this a recent coverage degradation, that could be caused by a network fault?

Or a long-term issue of just poor coverage in the area? If this, does the service match what is predicted on the website coverage map?
