Hi have a sim only subscription and haven't had 5g since I've had it in my phone. Is 5g not including with these sims it not clear anywhere

Some things that can stop you getting 5G. 

1: You need to be in an area than has 5G coverage. You can use the coverage checker I have provided below, and enter your postcode into it to see if it has 5G coverage. 

2:  If it's a really old sim only plan, as I am not sure how old yours is. I'm on a 2017/2018 sim only plan and that one doesn't provide 5G access.

Is your device a 5G device?  
What phone is it ?  

You say sim only subscription but is that a sim only contract or pay as you go as these are not the same ?     If you text BALANCE to 150 what’s the reply message?  

5G isn’t available to PAYG at present.
