The process for installing new network sites isn't an application process as such, although an interested landlord is often a good start when a search is underway.
Network sites aren't built specific to any specific "G", but are multi-technology carrying combinations of 2G, 4G & 5G. I can see coverage just north of the Burscough area looks variable across multiple operators, which makes me wonder if local authority planning consents are also a factor.
