How can I check if my phone contract give me 5G connection.

Thanks for letting us know, @Kevin21Smith. If you don’t currently have a 5G‑capable plan, 5G won’t show as available when checking what's included.
Please give our team a call, they can check your plan and go through your available options with you.

Its not the phone as that is 5g its the contract I'm looking at checking

If you took your plan with us after March 2025 then this will include 5G @Kevin21Smith, but you can check this by logging into your EE app and going to the 'Manage' section, where you'll be able to see what is included in your plan.

Thanks for the reply their is nothing stating 5g in my app in the manage section. I upgraded on the 14 Feb 2025
