Any one having signal an load speed issue, I pay for 5g only ever get 4g an last week or so it’s been so slow it’s depressing waiting 😂😂

Hi there,
I would recommend calling technical support on 150 from your EE number to check your home/work area for any outages/maintenance work, walk you though step by step troubleshooting and to see your availabile options to resolve this. alternatively you can call the billing/accounts team who can try and get this resolved.

No EE plans are "G" specific, you pay for access to EE's network regardless of what radio technologies are available in a specific area - it's normal to fallback on 4G anytime that you don't have 5G for whatever reason.
What sort of data speeds are you experiencing? You can check for local service issues using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
