4G Signal strength in Detling Kent ME14 - problems

The signal strength has gone drom exceptional to barely usable recently

Does anyone know why this is?

Is it part of a prep for 5g?

or jsut broken?

Have all those neighbours reported issues? If not, they should do.

If multiple users from the same location report the same issues, it may hold extra weight.

Just got an email saying they checked and indeed its got a fault and will take around 7 hours to fix
Problem is instead of 0 bars ill be back to the 1 bar i have had to put up with for the last 5 months

used to be 5+ bars 100mbit thats how good it was sigh 
my neighbours might have reported it but tbh they jsut use land lines mosly

Just closing this off

It was indeed a repeater error and it as fixed
saddly instead of 5+ bars i only get 1-2 now but its sufficient to outlast my few months
