Hi I am not receiving replies to the short code texts I send on 150. I recently changed to a new plan, could that be the issue? I do receive the monthly texts telling me my bill is ready though. Any help appreciated , thanks

What short code have you been sending?
I don't believe changing plans would effect texting 150.
