Hi. I just renew my plan to monthly SIM 10GB plan and after that my internet speed dropped rapidly. When I am connected to WiFi it is OK ( around 30Mb) but when I am conected using mobile data - speed dropping between 1Mb to 9Mb?
Any Suggestions?

Problem sorted.
I have contacted EE, and one of EE support team member send me some update to my mobile and now speed is better.

Welcome to the community.
What were your speeds like before you renewed? The speeds on mobile data can vary depending on a number of things, including traffic and coverage from your nearest mast.
Have you tried restarting the device?
