Hi. I just having issue with internet, calls and msgs. My screen is showing 4g all the time. I have switched on/off my phone 5 times and tried a plane mode even more and still no internet connection. It has been like that 1 hour already and this is not a first time I having this problem. I switched to EE about 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks no problem. Last week - no internet connection for some time (indoors, outdoors) in home, gym, work. Everywhere. I switched to EE because coverage was the best and now this.... Service EE showing that everything is ok. So what is going on?

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract.
Is data active under quick settings.
