I’ve changed my plan so I have the full works plan that takes effect immediately. I’ve gone to use my 5g as normal in the UK (keep in mind I have unlimited calls text and data) and not working. When I go onto my EE plan says I have 0 MB of 0MB left and resets on the 20th of April

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Regardless of what"G" you're using, are you able to make & receive calls?

If you text BALANCE to 150, what's the response?
