Hi @mikebon

Have you checked your content lock settings on your EE app.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

Yes thanks anyway. Settings already set and checked to unrestricted content.
Still can not connect to our smart ware cameras via EE 4 G . Can only connect now via Wi Fi . Prior to recent change from Plus net mobile, 4 G connection was fine from anywhere nationwide in signal range!
I am guessing that EE are blocking 4 G access to cctv cameras ?
Thanks for your help anyway,
Mike

Hi @mikebon,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer of your CCTV settings to see if any settings need to be changed for it to work over a mobile data network.

It's worth mentioning that the EE network uses CGNAT.

James

Hi @mikebon

Can you try and connect via a VPN.

If that works you know it must be a network issue. I would then ask EE to refresh your line becase porting numbers across seems to cause some issues.

Thanks
