I keep getting mobile data warnings - when I should have unlimited data.
I also received many messages saying I owed £85, I went online and I'm in debt by £183, when I checked my package its supposed to £65 - no info for additional charges Ive accrued.
Looked a bit more and there are 2 numbers associated with my account...

Hello @Sasha36.
Welcome back to the EE Community.
Have you recently made any changes to your account or gifted any data?
If you see a number on your account that you do not recognise I'd recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
Our customer care team will be able to look into this further for you.
Please be sure to keep us updated,
Katie

This mobile data warning you mentioned, is that coming as a text message or just a notification?Generally if it is not a text from EE or a message in your EE App, it is likely to be the phone's built-in data metering which has no idea what kind of plan you are on and often triggers at 2GB by default. This can be turned off or adjusted in the Data Usage settings on the device.
To check your allowances text AL to 150 and this should come back and tell you whether there are any issues with your Unlimited data.
As for the billing and numbers on the account, this is likely something you'll need to take up with EE Customer Services as there is no account access here on the community.
I find my app can sometimes randomly show me older numbers that used to be associated with my account, such as the number on my SIM before I ported across and a cancelled watch plan, but they are no longer active or billed.
As long as the numbers don't appear on your Bill, as this will detail the specific charges for your account per number.
