Hi,
I've been gifting data to my daughter for years but recently I'm getting "sorry, we can't show this devices data right now, Please try again later". I have tried multiple times later and phoned 150. Supposed to get a text with instructions, but nothing came through.
highly frustrating!
How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Community.
Sorry that you're facing difficulty gifting data.
Are you performing this through the EE App or via the online account EE website?
You may need to call Customer Service again who can manually gift your data, as well as check your account to make sure it's still set up correctly.
When you call customer service, press option 2 to use the traditional voice menu selection (bypass the text message menu).
