data usage

I am receiving messages from EE saying that my data usage is over 2 GB, however when I log into my account firstly I have unlimited data as part of my package but also it tells me that my usage is 1.75MB. Can someone explain? Thanks

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply? 

Do you have unlimited data showing in the EE app then your add-ons?
