data usage amounts for previous 24 months

Spoken to EE customer services this morning requesting monthly data usage figures for the past 12 months. they appear not to be able to provide this info. can anyone help?

Hello, I’m trying to gift data from my partners phone to mine but it’s coming up with “Sorry we’ll get it fixed soon” and something about not being able to show our data at the moment? I’m not sure what that means or what to do?

Resolved! Gifting data

For some reason this month I can’t gift data to myself from my hub to my phone I’ve been able to do it for past few months but now it tells me I have no data on my unlimited hub .
