Add spend cap (travelling abroad) BT paying for EE

Unusually high calls demand

Does anyone know the time  that EE doesn’t  have unusually high calls? Iit’s not unusual as the last 3 times I’ve called it states “unusually high call demand” 路‍

I have had no data on my phone this month. I have nothing unless I'm logged on to our data box . I am unable to use my phone outside of my home. I have tried turning phone on and off several times.
