Resolved! My mobile data isn't working

It says on the website that I have all of my mobile data available but when I turn mobile data on it doesn't work. Anyone know why?

Problems about mobile data

My EE shows that I have had a 15 pounds’ subscription pack, and that 50GB left of 50GB data. But it turned out the mobile data is still unusable on my phone. Did I lost any step or something? How can I solve this?
