Did you mean:

You have used all your data - No!

Today, and previously, I receive a message stating that I have used all my data, yet when I log in to EE, it shows that I have plenty left.  This has been happening quite regularly for the past 2 months or more.  These two screengrabs were taken this morning.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve this as I have not found a way of speaking to anyone within EE just automated menus that do not cover this issue.

Many thanks in advance.

@Snakes1000 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Your 2nd image cannot be approved as it shows your mobile no. on this public site. Obscure it!

That 10:27 msg must be in error. Report it to CS.

Despite it are you able to use data by going on the Net with mobile data (not WiFi)?

I managed to negotiate the automated menu selection and speak to someone who established that the reson for the disparity was that their message warnings get triggered when the basic monthly usage has expired, but (rather incredibly) is unable to cope with any data boosts or rollover data allowance that may have been earned and added.

He said he could set the system up so that my account didn't get any warnings, which I rejected as that might prevent me from receiving other messages that I might want to see.

He then offered me, as a long-term EE customer, a free upgrade to a greater data allowance so that it would be unlikely I would reach that usage and, therefore, receive any erroneous warning messages.

Thank you.

A free upgrade? How can it be on PAYG? Even if the latest pack is given free, future packs will be more expensive for more data. You sure he hasn't sold you into a monthly contract?

Mmmm.  I will check.  The plan hasn't gone live on the website or app at the moment.  I'll let you know.
