Why is data gifting still not working it hasn’t been working for three day

I cannot gift any data still it keeps saying that there is a problem and it will be fixed shortly. Please can it be fixed

Are you logging into the EE app or the EE account online? 

How long ago did you last gift data?

Hi I have the same problem, I've not been able to gift data for over a week now ,I log in at EE account online , last gifted data about 2 weeks ago

Hi @Nathanvj12 

Have you updated to the latest version of the EE app?

In the mean time, you can call Customer Service on 150 where a guide can gift the data for you.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I have been unable to gift data for the past four working days. Is this a system issue?

Does anyone know why I can't gift my data??

If your data gifting is still not working after trying the different steps, please give our Customer service team a call who can check the Self-Serve account is still set up correctly and also manually gift the data for you.

Hi Ali, I don't have the ee app I just log in through the Web,  I'm still getting the same problem,  I'll give customer service a call thank you

It may be worth installing the EE App which may make it easier in the future.
