Have got this message for the last 2 days while trying to gift data when I have plenty. Is anyone else having issues? It has previously been no problem.

Welcome to the community.
I know how important it is to be able to gift data.
Can you try to delete the app and install it again to see if that helps?
Have you tried to gift data by logging in through the EE website?
