Tried that and took to a phone shop they said my data is locked maybe used up allowance. I don't understand this as have had same for last 6 years and never used it over before ..

If you have ran out of data, you would still be able to activate it in the settings, @hayleycluskey18.

You just wouldn't be able to use any data apps without purchasing an add-on.

What kind of phone are you using?

I'm using the Samsung A53 5g. I never had problem with old phone  a5 2017.i don't get any signal as soon as leave home and used to play my youtube music through Bluetooth in my car but can't get that either

Is it a new phone, @hayleycluskey18? Where did you get it from?

Is it the same SIM as you were using in your old phone?

OK, thanks @hayleycluskey18.

Could you try doing a manual network search and select a non-EE network. Once that inevitably fails, could you try manually connecting back to EE?
