WhatsApp stuck on connecting

Hi

For the last 2 weeks my WhatsApp is stuck on connecting when using mobile data. It is fine on WiFi! I have the iPhone XR & my updates are upto date!I have done the following to try and fix it.

offloded and re installed the app

turned phone, mobile data, airplane mode on and off.

checked on general settings

Nothing has worked! However I may get a random message through from time to time which is odd!

Any help would be appreciated please

Hi.

After writing my name in the Profile Info and pressing 'Next' i have a white text box in the middle of the screen saying 'Connecting' with the green circle trying to connect.  This will go on for a minute or so and then say 'Unable to connect'.

My Mobile Data is on 

My WIFI is on

Please could you try disconnecting WiFi and use only mobile data?

I disconnect WIFI.  

No change. Same message 'unable to connect. please try again later'

Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing?

If this continues I'd recommend giving us all.
