What's happened to my data?

Hi, on the 24th September 2023 I bought a 2GB data add-on as it told me I had ran out of my data. Today, the 27th, it is now telling me I have used all of my rewards data. Where has my data gone? I've checked the "usage" and it hasn't got much there, and surely I haven't used 2GB in 3 days as I have had my phone turned off majority of the time, and the majority of the time that it was on was on the wifi. I am confused and a bit upset because I spent £8 for it to just disappear.

This  has also happened to me, and I even bought a 2GB add on, which mysteriously has disappeared. I am upset because I haven't been using it much, I have been in my wifi for the most part. I don't understand how 15 GB (or whatever they give me with free boosts and stuff) and the 2 GB can disappear like that. Hopefully they fix it.
