video calls on whats app can not connect.
Please can we resolve this asap

Hi @joe365days
Are you using WiFi or EE network?
Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract?
Are you sure it's not the person your connecting to which is the issue?
WhatsApp calls use data and if you're not connecting then it sounds like a WhatsApp issue not an EE issue.

As per the previous post, "calls" over WhatsApp are not placed or carried through EE's network as calls - this is pure data use and the traffic is managed by WhatsApp.
There are some FAQs and troubleshooting on their site which may assist, but you can check whether other use of WhatsApp is working OK. If messages and suchlike are working, EE's data network is functioning and you're best asking WA for further assistance.
