Very slow internet speed on mobile

Hi. I’m using monthly 10GB plan but the internet speed is awful . Speed between 3Mb to 7Mb always, no matter at home or anywhere. Any suggestions?

What device are you using? 

Have you reported this on our EE Coverage & Network Status Checker

If you select 'check status' this will show you if we have any reported issues for the area and if not you can report this to our network team.

Have you tried resetting the network settings? @Jaymax 

To do this go into, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings only, this will restart the phone and remove any saved WiFi passwords you may have.

Yes I did, but now it’s getting worse, keep disconnecting.
