My wife has had texts saying she has used all data with very occasional light usage. She has 5gb per month and rarely uses 1gb. Why the sudden spike, she uses WiFi at work and at home. I gifted 1gb yesterday and this has gone and she is at work in a hospital. Surely this can't be right. She has iphone SE and hasn't changed any settings since purchase last year. Help
