Unstable connection

I have just purchased a SIM card pre paid and the reception checker says good to great but I get about an hour in the morning that’s good and then all my zoom calls freeze or are delayed. I’m in bucks and I don’t understand it.  I need good connection as I’m a home worker but renewing this doesn’t seem viable.

What device are you using you SIM with?

 

Is this in a phone, or a router?

 

If you're using a phone, can you use internet-based functions such as apps or web-browsing OK?

It’s in my dongle huawei.  I use it for gmail and the odd zoom but it’s just not coping well.

Do these speeds vary?

 

Are you still able to perform less-intensive functions when video-calls fail?

Speed varies throughout the day. Morning is good. From 11am onwards it gets worse. 

I can perform gmail activity when zoom fails  but it’s slow.
