Suddenly EE blocked access to one of addresses I use every day. Nowhere to ask to restore it. Outrageous.

What's secret about something like https://bank.barclays.co.uk/olb/authlogin/loginAppContainer.do#/authentication ? It's not like someone can login to your a/c.
It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your EE devices to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?

Hi @nsigma
What happens when you try and access the site?
Can you access other websites?
Have you cleared cookies and cache?
Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne, other websites available like www.reuters.com. Switching to wifi hotspot from Virgin I see that wanted site works fine.

Switching to 3G EE I get response from 'wanted' site as well (not on 4G EE) though Citrix protocol can't survive - 'address family not supported by protocol'. Googled around - it seems all that trouble is from "non-gracious" move to IP v6.

Dilemma - terminate EE contract now or wait a bit hoping that my connection recovers...
