Data not working after upgrade

I agreed to upgrade our 4 devices two days ago and since then (and befire the new devices have came) two of the devices the data won’t work

@Ml1936   Can you still make and receive calls/texts on them devices? 

Yes everything else working fine

Can you log into your My EE account and select the numbers in question, then Settings, does use mobile data show as turned on?

It says no data on two of the numbers, when they should all have 120gb per month

Can you text BALANCE to 150 from the phones and let me know the reply?
