Hi,
i have purchased the 24hour unlimited data add on to save my 25GB plan data while I'm out. However, when i look in my EE i can see that my data is still coming out of my normal allowance instead of the 24hour Unlimited add on allowance? Any help with this?

@bdg0514 You’ll use your allowance before it uses the add on.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ah ok thanks for clarifying. I've probably missed some small print or detail somewhere when I bought it. I just thought it wouldn't dent my plans data while it was active
