I have two phones linked to my contract and I can gift to one but not the other. My daughter recently had an upgrade and this is the first time trying to gift her on her new phone. It worked fine before that. When I try on website it says it is unable to do it at the moment and the app doesn't give me the option of gifting to her phone.

If she's still within the statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery she may cancel her order FoC if she ordered by phone or online. Alternatively she could call CS to change to a more expensive upsized plan.

Has she upgraded to a No-Frills plan? You can't gift to those.
