I purchased a sim and subscription pack, the sim is working but the subscription pack part hasn't uploaded. I have no data, calls or texts.
I waited 2 days like it suggested on the leaflet but it's not loaded.
Any ideas?

@Scoleman1 Have you restarted the device? What does texting BALANCE to 150 return?
