Selected wrong data plan,24month contract

Hi,i recently joined EE 8 days ago,i just realised i have only selected the 5g data allowance,i spoke to customer services and was told i can only change this to the unlimited plan after 30 days,im not sure if this is rite or i should be sending the whole phone back and reordering a new device and package before my 14 days are up,im.on a 24month contract and thoughbit was only a 30 day rolling that could be changed .regards

I would suggest calling us again on 150 to discuss what option would be best to get this sorted for you. One of our mobile guides will get your account looked into and see if the plan can be changed now for you.

Thanks for the reply,i spoke to customer services again and they said they cant help me out,dissapointed in EE tbh,i think best option is to send the device back and go back to 3 mobile
