SSL errors

Every time I try to access the National Lottery or Pickmypostcode website I get the following error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I believe this is because EE automatically blocks 'adult' content, but I can't find a way to turn the block off.

Can anyone help me please?

: @gac1_99 : Gambling implies Adult! EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to visit Content unlock or call CS with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Thank you for your help. I'm on PAYG so tried to follow the link. Unfortunately, that is blocked, I assume due to parental controls!

I called CS, followed the prompts, restarted my phone and now all seems to be well.
