Received my S24 ultra 2 weeks ago and all was well...
Today it decided it wasn't going to connect to mobile data, can receive and make calls etc just nothing on mobile data.
Tried everything in the self help guides on EE website and nothing works, any suggestions?

Are you only having this issue in one location or everywhere?
Does your phone indicate it's connected to 3, 4 or 5G in the status bar?

Having the issues everywhere, yes still shows I have 4g but doesn't load anything as attached..

No, I've tried all of the solutions listed in the guidance part of this website

If that's the case, @Keegan90, I'd recommend contacting Technical Support on 150 so a member of the team can run through some diagnostics with you.

Figured out that EE have suspended my account due to an outstanding balance of £1500 - the upfront cost of my device which was supposed to be spread monthly!?
On hold to them now as they plan to take full payment via direct debit next week!!
