I just renewed my contract with 20GB of data. But I also have 900mb broadband with you - and a 20GB data boost to my mobile from that. But I don't see that showing anywhere in my mobile account. How do I know that my 20GB data boost is actually working?

Did you upgrade to a phone plan or SIM only?
Does the data boost show in the add-ons section in My EE?

SIM only.
No the data boost does not show anywhere.
