Received A Text Saying Data Used Up

Hi,

 

I have used 1.1 GB this month of my 11GB allowance but have received a text saying that I have used up my allowance for the month and need to buy more.  Is this part of the general data issues that EE are suffering?

 

My data connection stopped working before I got the text.

My data access now appears to be working too thanks.  Hopefully I will remember to text 150 if this ever happens again.

Hi there, this is exactly what happened to me yesterday. My data refreshed last Saturday and I only used 20 per cent of my allowance but my mobile data stopped yesterday and I also received the text I used my 100 per cent and it will refresh on 18July. I just checked again and in my account it clearly states that I havent used it all.

What do I need to text 150 exactly. Just AL?

Thanks James, I texted AL to 150 and got a similar message to the above. I tried mobile data now and it is working again, phew!!Thanks so much everyone 🙂
