This is ridiculous. There is no internet connection in Manchester and all over the UK since this afternoon. I make my living with Uber eats and since I have no internet I can't get any jobs ! I contacted customer service and they informed me they can't do anything bluntly and they were not even apologetic which I found it very unprofessional ! When I asked if they could offer any compensation but was turned down immediately! I have been with EE for over 8 years but I think it's time to cancel my contract with them . I usually make around £100-120 on Wednesdays delivering till late hours but now I couldn't make a penny! I will take this to ombudsman for sure and won't leave it here .
Well customer service informed me that they were having issues all over the UK not only in Manchester. I can make phone calls but no internet at all. I understand they are trying to resolve the issue but the attitude of customer representative was not acceptable especially when I mentioned I make my living with Uber eats anyway it's what it is but I am very disappointed.
