Hi @Steve_BT

We are having the exact same issue!

Our company AirPay (www.air-pay.co.uk) is also being blocked by your filters. We operate a payment solution for taxi journeys in the uk and soon europe to the largest fleets in the industry. We offer the seamless payment for journeys by sending payment links over sms but EE have started blocking the url and its causing lots of issues and complaints.

The url the customer would receive would be https://pay.air-pay.co.uk/{code}

How do we get it unblocked?

Thanks

Scott

Hi Leanne

I work for a company called iCabbi, we provide services that allow taxi operators to dispatch work.

Part of that service includes send customers a link so that they can track the location of their driver.

Having tested this recently EE seems to be the only provider blocking these links and as such around a third of customers are unable to track and locate their drivers.

We have a number of different urls that have been in use over the last 12 years. Are you able to assist in whitelisting these to help us maintain the service levels our customers expect.

Regards

Robbie.

Hi everyone unfortunately we are having the same issue with our payment links and tracking links on our taxi provider platform Cab9.  Would we be able to get our domain whitelisted as others have requested. Our payment link is sent to our customers that prefer to pay in advance and ask for the secure payment link to be sent by SMS. We also have a live tracking link that goes out by SMS  which is very helpful in keeping people safe especially females at night. The customers can open the link and see the details  of the car and driver and can follow it on a live map and they can then see it arriving then be assured its the correct taxi to get home.  I can provide the links if requested so they can be checked by EE  to make sure they are not breaking and spam regulations set up by EE.  Thanks in advance for the reply.

Hey there @FrankWelsh.

Thanks for taking the time to flag this, too.

Just to be sure here, is it the messages themselves that you are noticing being blocked, or are these coming through successfully, and it's the link itself that isn't working?
