URGENT: EE Content Control: Whitelist our website domain

Currently our site getkita.com is served correctly across all ISPs and other mobile data providers (BT/Vodafone) however the site is blocked on EE .

Please whitelist the domain getkita.com

Unfortunately the domain getkita.com is still blocked when accessing via EE mobile data only. On firefox the domain redirects to uw.co.uk (utility warehouse)

Could you confirm whether the domain has been whitelisted and how long this is likely to take to propagate?

Hi @topes 

We've tested the website here with standard mobile devices while connected to both mobile data and fixed line broadband, both allow the domain now to be accessed. 

However, a blocked website would not redirect to another website, so could you try an alternative browser on your device? 
You may need to possibly clear the cookies and cache on your Firefox browser and try again.

Can confirm it has worked on my EE Mobile Data connection also.

Utility Warehouse (UW) are also a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) which provide mobile services running on the EE network. 

If the individuals who cannot access your site are UW customers, you may have to raise this with them directly.

On an EE-purchased mobile data connection, your site can be accessed with no issue.
