It’s a disgrace I cannot get any support from EE when I pay them !
I can’t access the internet when I am off WiFi , I can’t see strong signal , I’m not on airplane mode, mobile data is on… please help

Have you been able to use mobile data in the past? And if so, when did it stop working?
Is this problem specific to a particular geographical area, or is it more generalised?
Can you make & receive calls, send & receive texts?
