Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines.
For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID

Pay monthly customers can remove content lock within the EE app OR your EE account online.
If you are a pay as you go customer things are a little different, you will either need to either give us a call OR pop by your local EE Store with photo ID.
