Mobile data and messaging not working

Hi my phone data services have been playing up massively for a while now, won’t even load a web page. Reset  mobile data services and restarted the phone many times.

Is this only happening in a particular location, or is it more general? Does restarting your phone make any difference? Do you know any other EE users locally who have similar issues?

These are good tests to establish whether the issue is more likely to be network or device-related.

Hi it seems to happen in different locations. Very frustrating.
Restarting makes no difference.

This would tend to suggest the issue lies with your phone. To be certain, compare with other EE users in the same area.

Perform a 2way SIM-swap if the performance differs between two phones.
