I have just moved over to EE, transferred my number over which was fully successful today, but my Data for £15 i bought with the sim is not working.

Visibility of the BALANCE (AL) text mentioned above would confirm usable allowance.
Are you using a new EE-supplied phone, or one from another network? The APN settings will be needed if the latter.
In what way is mobile data not working - what are the symptoms? Do calls & texts work?
