I am having the same issue.
I have called ee technical team even they are unable fix this problem?
I am a new user if this cant be fixed I am gonna leave ee soon

Nothing happens
The whole mobile data disconnects like it's not turned on
So i can't use mobile data

Ideal. So pay-monthly users with a compatible phone should be using 4G-calling/VoLTE and remain on 4G during a voice call.
Do you see the VoLTE logo on your phonescreen, when it's in standby and also when you're on a call?

I use the 4g lte always
And it always shows 4G but during call that 4G disappears and i only see the signal bar , but when not on call i see 4G on the signal bar

If yes was a full diagnostics complete?
Does this happen in all areas?

Yes i spoke to them few times but the suggestions they gave didn't work
And yes it happens every time and all areas
