Got to France, and roaming data just never worked.

Main iPhone had roaming. None of the others.

Not a satisfied EE customer.

Hello @wfhwfh

Welcome to the community.

Are you aware if a pass has been bought for the other phone whilst roaming?

What was advised by our sales team?

@wfhwfh  You can gift data when abroad but the devices it’s used on still have to have the ability to roam you still have to have roaming enabled on those devices as roaming is an account based feature.

Thank you @Chris_B for the reply.

On the way to Dover, Sim was working perfectly in the car providing current traffic condition.

Driving off at Calais, EE text message saying no roaming.

Each sim must be an account.

@wfhwfh   It’s one account but all devices have their own settings within that account.  Each contract has to have the ability to roam enabled for it.   It sounds like it’s only enabled for your device so that’s why your device works.     Once roaming is enabled for all contacts on your account they’ll work abroad.
