Hi,
I NEED HELP URGENTLY PLEASE
there is a QR code website that I use for work and I have the same issue that only EE has started blocking access to it since yesterday. It really is effecting my company severely since you guys are the biggest providers. The company is called QRFY and the server that EE blocks is qrft.io it is not a scam website and they are a very good company for qr codes. Please help me resolve this

I am unable to access links through QRFY QR codes. Their support gave me this message:
"We have been analyzing and we see that the software provider EE is marking QRFY domains as malicious. This is why you have been facing this issue."
This is affecting me and my customers on both EE mobile data, wifi and my own wifi provider, Plusnet.
This must be resolved as quickly as possible by EE as it is affecting my business.

Hi @ross_christie,.
Welcome to the EE Community, and thanks for taking the time to flag this too!
We had some similar reports about this last week but from what I understand they were resolved in the end.
When was it you last noticed this issue happening, and was it over broadband or mobile data you've encountered this?

some - I first noticed it today but it could well have been happening for
the past few days/weeks.
I tried it both on my mobile data (EE) and my home wifi (plusnet) and
neither worked.

Thanks @ross_christie, is it both the .io and .com domains you've noticed affected?

Hi Peter. I have only tried it on the .io domain as that is the only one that my own QR codes are connected through. QRFy themselves told me it was affecting both .io and .com

I'll get this fixed now, give me an hour and it should be working.
